 Recent changes for Partial Agreements

16 October 2014

  Luxembourg ratified

. the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185), and

. the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189).

  Spain ratified the Protocol amending the European Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism (ETS No. 190).

  Romania signed Protocol No. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 214).

7 October 2014

  Monaco ratified

. the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse (CETS No. 201), and

. the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No. 210).

  France signed the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).
