  The United Kingdom signed the Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime and on the Financing of Terrorism (CETS No. 198).

  Turkey ratified the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185).

26 September 2014

  The Philippines signed the the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 Protocol (ETS No. 127).

23 September 2014

  Kazakhstan acceded to the Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime (ETS No. 141).

  The United Kingdom ratified

the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 209), and

The Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 212).

  Georgia ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse (CETS No. 201).

19 September 2014

  San Marino ratified the Sixth Protocol to the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe (ETS No. 162).

18 September 2014

  Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Serbia and Switzerland signed the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).

9 September 2014

  Spain signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (ETS No. 167).
