  Bosnia and Herzegovina signed and ratified:

- the European Convention on Information on Foreign Law (ETS No. 062),

- the Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Information on Foreign Law (ETS No. 097).

  The Czech Republic signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189).

16 May 2013

  San Marino signed the European Charter of Local Self-Government (ETS No. 122).

15 May 2013

  Russia ratified the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108).

  Georgia signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows (ETS No. 181).

13 May 2013

  Armenia ratified the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the right to participate in the affairs of a local authority (CETS No. 207).

2 May 2013

  Monaco signed the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185).
