  Spain ratified:

. the European Convention on the Exercise of Children's Rights (ETS No. 160),
. the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189), and
. the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 209).

16 December 2014

  Turkey ratified the Additional Protocol to the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption (ETS No. 191).

  Ukraine ratified the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the right to participate in the affairs of a local authority (CETS No. 207).

10 December 2014

  Belgium signed the European Convention on the Abolition of Legalisation of Documents executed by Diplomatic Agents or Consular Officers (ETS No. 63).

9 December 2014

  Norway approved the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).

8 December 2014

  Belgium ratified the Protocol amending the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (CETS No. 208).

2 December 2014

  Estonia signed the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No. 210).

1 December 2014

  Bosnia and Herzegovina ratified:

. the European Convention relating to questions on Copyright Law and Neighbouring Rights in the Framework of Transfrontier Broadcasting by Satellite (ETS No. 153), and
. the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 209).

  Portugal signed the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 212).
