  The Russian Federation signed the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 212).

  The Seychelles signed the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 Protocol (ETS No. 127).

20 February 2015

  Romania signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning Transplantation of Organs and Tissues of Human Origin (ETS No. 186).

  Andorra ratified the Additional Protocol to the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption (ETS No. 191).

  Poland ratified:

. the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185),
. the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189), and
. the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse (CETS No. 201).

  Germany ratified the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (ETS No. 182).

16 February 2015

  San Marino ratified Protocol No. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 214).

12 February 2015

  Cyprus ratified

. the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse (CETS No. 201) and
. the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (ETS No. 182).

5 February 2015

  Malta ratified
. the European Agreement relating to persons participating in proceedings of the European Court of Human Rights (ETS No. 161) and
. the Convention on Contact concerning Children (ETS No. 192).

  Slovenia ratified the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No. 210).

  Estonia ratified the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (CETS No. 197).

  Finland accepted the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (CETS No. 205).

2 February 2015

  Belarus ratified the Additional Protocol to the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption (ETS No. 191).
